Rules

1. No Hacking, X-Ray, or Exploits/Texture Packs/Minimaps that help to find players, bases, or caves. 

• Freecam is allowed for screenshots, but not for base hunting, mining, etc.

2. Griefing other players' bases is bannable.

• If its not your base, don't touch it! We have many plugins to detect griefing, so there is a 0% you get away with it!

• If you want to take over a base, do so through a peace treaty (ex. you win a war and have them sign their base over in the treaty)

• War related builds/items are not subject to anti-greifing rules during battle (ex. beds, city walls, vehicles, traps, tnt cannons)

3. You must declare war on a team in the designated channel in order to attack other teams.

• Our server is most fun when you fight fair, premeditated wars. Because of this, jumping teams without a war declaration is dissallowed.

• You need some plausible reason to declare a war. "I don't like them" isn't a reason, but "Their claim infringes on mine" is.

• Even during wars, don't jump people at odd hours. (Time zones are annoying, but chances are the guy mining at 3 AM does not want to fight.)

• If you want to join a war as an ally of a team, then you need to use the war declaration channel to declare that. You are not allowed to push a team over the wartime team limit of 6 by joining them.

4. No combat logging

• This is enforced manually by staff, and with common sense.

• No chesting, shulkering, or e-chesting all of your gear before or during a declared war.

• No logging off to dodge battles. Pretty much, if your team is online and the team you are fighting is coming at you, don't log.

• If some external factor causes you to combat log then please contact an admin with proof.

• General combat logging is an annoying move, and the first offense will carry a warning or ban depending on the severity. If this becomes a regular activity you will receive longer bans.

• If you combat log, you may face a ban and/or simulated death.

5. No targeting harmless player

• Don't declare wars specifically because the person is unable to defend.

• If you feel targeted and think this rule applies to you, DM an admin for assistance.

6. Newly whitelisted players cannot join active wars

7. The maximum amount of players on a team is 5, increased to 6 during active wars

• This rule can only be bypassed if both sides in a war agree in a treaty to increase each sides team limit temporarily.

• Multiple teams can ally during wars as long as the combined number of fighters doesn't exceed team limit. Teams can leave certain players out of a war, but if those players interfere bans will be handed out.

• Supplying a team with resources does not count towards the team limit, so long as its external.

8. Breaking treaties is banned

• Unless the offense occurs after the expiration date of the treaty, it is bannable to break a treaty

• Respect the treaties. (you did agree to it, after all...)

• Word of mouth does not classify as a treaty. You must have it signed on a document, finalized by an admin.

• A treaty can be vetoed by an admin if it excessively limits the players ability to play the server.

9. Do not spam chat or attempt to bypass chat filter.

• No, this isn't a G rated server, you're allowed to swear. But use some common sense and do not harass people.

• Bypassing the chat filter will result in a mute.

10. Exploiting glitches to your own benefit is not allowed.

• If you find a glitch, report it to the staff team! We may even give you a little reward for doing so ;)

• If you abuse a glitch before reporting it, you HAVE to tell us that. We will punish a liar more than someone who is truthful.

11. Use some general common sense for anything not listen here

• We can ban you for any reason. However, we will never ban you for no reason.

• Repeat offenders to rules may be removed from the whitelist if they won't learn their lesson.

12. Banned Items:
    These should be auto-removed, but if they are not then if you are caught using them it is an inventory wipe or ban. Please alert us about anything that we miss.

• Golden Apples (Enchanted/Normal)

• Potions

• TNT Minecarts

• Cobwebs

• Shields
